A Few Of My Favorite Things...

Oh hey everyone! After many weeks away, I am very happy to be back to blogging and catching up on what everyone is up to...I feel like it's been ages! 

What did I do while I was away? Well.... a lot. I reassessed my life {tentatively planning the next 6 months of my life...no pressure}, spent time traveling home to Madison, lots of TV watching with the boyfriend and reconnecting with old friends. It felt amazing, but blogging was calling my name the whole time. 

I thought I would share some of my favorite little discoveries {and rediscoveries} while I've been away that have been getting me through this crazy Wisconsin winter weather.

1. Desk Creatures - I have been spending a lot of time at my desk writing letters and making lists over the last few weeks. I've been loving this Owl vase {I use it to hold pencils} from Michaels {only $7!} and this Anthropologie Dachshund letter organizer - so stinking cute!

2. Ban.do Valentines Day Goodies - Heart pins, clips and iPhone cases galore - I'm in love at first heart...

3. Natural Skin Care - I found these Nature's Gate goodies at TJ Maxx over the weekend and I am obsessed! Paraben free and all natural, this skin care line is out of this world fabulous. 

4. Rifle Paper Co. - Okay, so everyone and their mom loves Rifle Paper Co. but I reignited my passion for these cute paper products over my break. I'm now the proud owner of the cities calendar and a few pretty notebooks - it makes doing work not so painful...kinda. 

5. Inspirations - I've been looking to Pinterest for some words of encouragement and pinning away my favorite inspirations...thank goodness for these little nuggets of wisdom. 

6. Eos Lip Balm - I have one {and sometimes two} in every flavor! These are perfect, paraben free, and taste like Starburst, what could be better?
