Goal Crush – 2013!

Hope 2013 is off to a fabulous start! I can’t believe I’m back at work today, it’s been a challenge to be back to the grind, but in many ways it’s nice to be back. 
After yesterday’s post, I wanted to share some of my goals for 2013. These goals are making me even more excited for the great things this year has in store!
1. I will travel to Europe by December 31st, 2013. 
Brian and I have started saving up, so we’re hoping to take a cross continental trip with our little vacation fund sometime this year. It’s been a dream of ours for awhile, so we’re going to try and put this to action this year!
2. I will eat 3 servings of fruits and vegetables per day by June 2013.
My big gift for my birthday was a Vitamix juicer, so I’m hoping to make this happen in the next few weeks. Have a good juicing recipe? I’m all ears….
3. I will go to Yoga 2x per week by March 2013.
I used to be such a yogi, but with the stress of work I’ve been falling behind. 2013 is the perfect time to get back on the workout/yoga wagon!
4. I will complete a continuing education course in social media by July 2013.
I’ve wanted to take a specific social media course the last few months as I continue working in the field, so I’m hoping to take a WOMMA class this year to learn even more about community and social media management..in preparation for my big big goal……
5. I will move to Chicago by October of 2013.
Here’s the big audacious goal of this year for me – to move {and work} in Chicago by next October! It’s been a dream of mine for a long time, and the time is right in 2013. I’m so excited that this is going to be the year {fingers crossed}. 
Now, I’ve just got to stick to them! I would love to hear what you are focusing on accomplishing for 2013 if you’re willing to share!

    Love your goals Maya! I have always wanted to travel to Europe (I have family in England) so I hope you guys make it over there this year! One of my goals is to put my health first and exercise a heck of a lot more than I currently do, so I can totally relate to your yoga goal! And of course moving to Chicago sounds simply amazing! Here's to hoping that all of your goals come true in 2013!
